Pathetic and incompetent corporate IT leadership, who keep playing politics to survive. They hire senior people from the well settled environment and make them jobless when they are start feeling competition. I would never recommend anyone to join this company specially the IT team as you may never know, when you are asked to leave all of a sudden without any specific reason.

Excellent environment. Getting freedom to execute the ideas and excel. What I like is the open culture where any junior employee can reach out to the management without any hesitation and the senior management gives time to address the issue.

They Provide Joining Kit and every employee birthday they provide cake with chocolate and flowers that is the good thing

Entire Managment is pathetic if we talk about job security then i would say its a pathetic company i request to all do not join xceedance. i am saying this because in xceedance managers has too much power if employess does not follow his instruction properly then managers can terminate emloyee anytime whether you are wrong or right nobuddy will understand you and your situation

Only high hierarchy people are earning rest eveyone is struggling. No trainings and No sop have been made and expecting high from new people. No job security, no bench, and nothing they think about security.

Office culture and politics were good, seniors were supportive and manager was too good. She just wanted work to be done, not the time taken by you.

When i was under an assistant manager, lot of force and work put on me. Task was boring and require 0 cognition to be used leading to cognitive decline.
