I like the work culture. Xceedance treats its employees well. You get Udemy license for free to upskill yourself. It’s currently operating in hybrid mode we go to office on alternate days. Managers and people on top management levels are very good and understanding.

Dislikes

I don’t have any major dislikes. Work life balance is okay I will not say very good it depends on the workload. There is no free lunch.

Manager is supported only those who always doing sir-sir with him and for others he is not supporting for anything and the behavior of talking is very bad like the person is always bagging in front of him for anything. Zero Management support & Upper team management is very bad

Office culture and politics were good, seniors were supportive and manager was too good. She just wanted work to be done, not the time taken by you.

When i was under an assistant manager, lot of force and work put on me. Task was boring and require 0 cognition to be used leading to cognitive decline.
