Nothing it's just a trap to employees they just hire you and after few days they will fire you putting false allegations and pip on you.

Everything is pathetic they have zero skills employees in upper management.. There VP, director, associate director, all are skill less and don't have any knowledge about the domain and their work.. Entire Managment is pathetic if we talk about job security then i would say its a pathetic company i request to all do not join xceedance. i am saying this because in xceedance managers has too much power if employess does not follow his instruction properly then managers can terminate emloyee anytime whether you are wrong or right nobuddy will understand you and your situation

Office culture and politics were good, seniors were supportive and manager was too good. She just wanted work to be done, not the time taken by you.

When i was under an assistant manager, lot of force and work put on me. Task was boring and require 0 cognition to be used leading to cognitive decline.
