I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. You get opportunity to work with people of western countries, whose mindset used to be broad and they are motivational unlike Indian leads/managers.

Dislikes

Indian leads/managers are horrible. They make everyone's work impacted by their micro management and rubbish behaviour.
