If you are working under Mr.Rohan sir..then you need not worry for anything. Just focus on work. HRs and Accounts team are very cooperative and helpful.. overall best colleagues.. friendly culture.

Dislikes

As it's completely client facing job.. your work pressure depends on Client's maturity..Also due to less contract value of WTP, client treatment is not good most of the time.

Payment is below average than market standard as an MNC. Salary structure contains retention of money which is not lucrative. Appraisal is biased and performance review not done equally.

The National director only care for three associate director apart from them all staff are nothing to him. They are is no SOP or strategy for performing the job. Everything is urgent at the time ur leaving the office. Even they will force u to come on Saturday Sunday n expected late night seating. No value for talent.
