MEP Cost Manager Fit Out

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a MEP Cost Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate shall have a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and their integration into high-quality interior fit-out works. This role requires hands-on experience in payment certifications, cost validations, cost recommendations as per market testing, final bill closure etc .

• Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in MEP works, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software for MEP systems.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
