Cost Manager /Quanty Surveyor-MEP

We are looking for a MEP Cost Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate shall have a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and their integration into high-quality interior fit-out works. This role requires hands-on experience in payment certifications, cost validations, cost recommendations as per market testing, final bill closure etc

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and estimates for MEP works.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, billing, and client billing.
  
• Manage interior works, fit out projects, and quantity surveying tasks.
  
• Ensure accurate estimation and costing of electrical and mechanical systems.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in MEP works, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software for MEP systems.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
