IT Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware
Help new employees set up their workstations
Troubleshoot technology issues

Provide technical support to users

Help with the installation of software and hardware

Diagnose and resolve IT problems

Provide end-user assistance

Conduct remote troubleshooting

Repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and equipment
Good Communication skills
Scheduling upgrades and maintaining them without interference

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of MS Outlook, excel, word and power point.

Knowledge of Windows, Server operating systems

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint

Understanding of networking protocols and configuration

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Proficient knowledge of windows defender

Experience with peripheral devices

Sound knowledge of all remote troubleshooting methods
