the organization is collaboration mingled to work with the employees and foreigner peoples.this is encourage people developed work and learning skills knowledge attitude .

the people not aware of safety and the subordinate not ensure employees safety.the hr managers and employees relation very worst. the hr not proper answers to provide employees

the wright bus company is under by daimler commercial vehicles of india. produced mercedes-benze commercial,staff,school buses in india. i am worked at trainer under by procure dept, and my job is provide training for new employees in company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
