The entry timings are more or less flexible, team leaders are helpful, and the management tries to solve any issue you're facing. There is option of work from home in case of sickness or any other problem. There are also options for compensating your leave on Sundays.

The salary policy is discriminated. Earlier it was told that salary is based on academic qualification, but now it is seen that someone else who is just a graduate and has five years experience in other field/sector is being paid double the amount I receive. Everyone is a fresher here,but the salary amount differs. Sometimes Sundays you have to work, and even if you take leave you have to be available for rework and taking office calls, and checking office mails....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
