Some people were good and friendly. Aanual Party.

Dislikes

The superiors were self centered and had clashes between themselves which was not openly shown but could see it in a subtle way. The jealous and backstabbing remains evident. Not much to learn for a graphic designer and not much growth. No job security and you can be thrown whenever they would feel like to.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
