Likes

Consecutive staff, ambience of infrastructure and a little bit of knowing in the area of women health.

Dislikes

There is a lot of chaos and mismanagement amongst the team. There is no specific lead and pattern to follow. Work politics takes a toll on emotional health. Salary is decent but there's no career growth or hands on practice of learning. No job training for new joiners other than long ho ur standing....Read More

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
