Extreme level micromanagement. Favouritism towards employees. No vision Sharing wrong information to attract talent. Misleading employees with wrong revenue figures No freedom to do your job, be a robot to the CEO No work life balance just keep working for hours and still the CEO will say you haven’t worked.
