While promotion management should think of taking written aptitude test rather than relying on just interviews so that there won't be favoritism and partiality by recommending someone by other seniors. When someone is promoted his decisions impact on management therefore if aptitude test is taken someone who has real talent will be in management.

The work culture was very worst over there, lots of negativity lots of open politics. HR was not helpful they were also with the managers over there.
