Selfish Company. Very minimum Salary hike. Pathetic transport. They pick up and drop employees like dogs. They treat employees as money making machines for them. Promotions goes to those who doesn't work.

Not that much pressure of work, so that employees can easily plan their leave and maintain a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Policies are not framed properly, they update the policies very frequently. Nothing is systematic if you need some information you will have to find it at your own. HR team very inactive and even they don't know about most of the policies.

Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company

I work as a travel advisor. And this is really a smooth process. What I like most about wns is supervisor and manager's behaviour. Managers and supervisors are really nice to everyone that's the only thing one can appreciate about WNS.

There is no both side cab available. Just one side cab facility which you will get in return. But even if you have cab facility you have to wait for it for one hour after shift end, you ll b standing with other employees in waiting list. No job security at all, process may ramped down and time and despite that you won't get bench period. Canteen workers are rude that even they can't give u juts a spoon if u ll ask for. This company is overall just a show off. And most imp thing, there is no wfh not even you are on bed that means u have to come and if you take a leave that ll be considered an unplanned leave in whatever case. Second imp thing: you ll work on 50s generation fixed system like cpu monitor where somewhere mouse is not working somewhere keyboard is not working but you have to work. There is no laptop facility. If you loose any ur belongings here even if on ur own desk no action ll be taken towards it. You won't be paid exact amount what you have got in offer letter. You will be begging for your promotions and mostly will be given promotions after 5 years. Don't expect any Annual appraisal they will give 1-2%. Plus 20% of your salary is variable pay. And they mostly freeze variable pay. They will never ever spend a single penny on your trainings.

Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives
