Only thing I like about this company is they offered me the job
Lack of communication regarding company policies. Unethical practice such as deduction of night allowance in the name of donation that too without employees consent Every month they deduct night allowance of 10 days which is not documented anywhere Promotions are for only those who are friends to management HR are lazy for eg - I got call from HR for exit interview 1week after my last working day.

Job security. Even in lockdown the company didn't layed off its employees. Most of them where on bench for 4-5 months before getting job in different process. Salary on time. Supportive management not HR.
Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

WNS has supported me a lot and they paid me without working because of COVID-19, but suddenly they gave me suspension letter without any prior notice which was not good.
Due to COVID-19 situation I am really helpless to travel to Pune and stuck iny hometown and I have asked so many times to the manager and HR to provide me software or provide me work from with my personal laptop, However they didn't allowed me and gave me wrong information regarding this and send me suspension letter without any prior notice. This is rediculous situation which I have faced it now and in few days they will terminate me. Really I didn't except this from WNS, they are very very partial between employees in terms of working and promotion. I have recently joined here at WNS. Our trainer was extremely good, but as soon as you hit the floor to work there's no support. Plus, it's a target job that you have to work on as many claims that are assigned to you. Only join if you can commit 14 hours a day for a less salary.

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. My stint as a trainer in Pune was a highlight of my time in WNS.I relished the opportunity to share my expertise, develop my leadership skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Promotions, company culture is not good but work satisfaction is something you can align with but often you are asked to do forced overtimes and judged if you try to make more room for work life balance. Cafeterias are not good at all. No department in the company wants to take ownership. IT assets are to be moved by you, not by thecompany. Frequent asset burglaries even from your lockers. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good.
