The only thing i like about this company was we get salary on time without any late..! and the company environment is good..everyone will support and help you regarding on work!

when i joined the company the only thing i hate the most is"there will make people wait like a hell those who r joining newly" there'll wait you like a whole day in company..! and they working timings are horrible(WFH) and obviously you have to meet target no matter what..so just think how much pressure is it

Work culture is pathetic Management literally Threaten their Employees for work. Ajay Tripathi was the one as* h*le from thomas cook magarpatta who does that with me when I was once a Slave there. Worst Indian Management And pathetic Organisation I ever worked with. Strongly and Dedicatedly I want to aware people. And don't recommend at all to Join here.

The WNS is same like big MNC as they provide the best traning and facilities. Great place to work and you start the career from here because there are many things to learn and develop your self.

WNS is good company for those who are looking stable job, desk job with less pressure & fair salary compared to market standards. If you live in Tier2,3 cities, then WNS salary is sufficient as compared to other companies. As well you have less pressure, 5 days working, etc. You will get time for you & your family.

Dislikes

There are no rotational shifts. And slow growth in BPM sector in terms of Salary. Employees are working on same salary for 3 years. Salary hike & incentives are not sufficient.

The management, Vedanti More, Akram Khan and Disha Dharod, demonstrate corrupted behaviour within the process. Despite being receptive to concerns, they fail to address issues related to their own management or deliberately delay responses. Those who voice concerns against their practices face retaliation through office politics, including manipulation of work progress and KPI metrics to undermine them.
