There is nothing to be liked in WNS, if anyone looking for the job, and want to learn something so this is not place u should get in, if you r agree to work as labour for 13 14 hours in a day then this place is for u.

No work life balance, unnecessary pressure, uper management has no way to talk, u need to work more than 12 hours in a day if you want to earn your bread and butter. I ll never recommend anyone to join this organization, untill u r dying for a bite of bread. This is the fact m telling to u guys. I hv hardly completed an year here and looking for change.
