There is lots to learn and work but only because of their internal politics you are not allowed to work and perform. We complained to HR about them many a times but it's of no use.
Dislikes
I think procurement is the worst department in the whole company, high attrition rate, lots of politics and groupism. They make the life of the employees horrible, only if you are Gujju then you are safe and part of their group. Terrible management, all are hero of their own and play within. Terrible is a small word for this company.

They give performance bonus and say if you leave the company, it will be taken back from you, then what's the use of employee working very well whole year and company asking bonus back.
