There is nothing to like. Managers in Stripe names VIKAS AHUJA, DEEPANJALI SINGH, HR-KARTIKAY are the worst people I have ever seen. They don't know what are the rules outlined for their own employees. HR is like uneducated, he don't have any answer to any of ur question he says, plz connect with operations team.

Gives fresher a chance to enter in corporate world but they will transfer you to another process after they are done squeezing you up in the current process.
Dislikes
No job security, no salary increment and poor work culture. Forget about work life balance as they will tell to work also on Saturday sometimes on Sunday too. They take half amount of your night shifts as WNS care fund without even asking the employee regarding it. I don't recommend any fresher to start their career here.

Cafeterias are not good at all. No department in the company wants to take ownership. IT assets are to be moved by you, not by thecompany. Frequent asset burglaries even from your lockers. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good.
