Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Nothing good—high pressure, strict targets, limited growth, and poor work-life balance.

Dislikes

From my experience at WNS, the biggest issues were frequent layoffs, lack of job security, and rude management. It made the work environment stressful and uncertain.

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Dislikes

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Office politics is at peak in centrica process and managers don't stick to their words, they don't even consider employees point of view.

There is no culture or ethics they follow. It’s not like so much of work there. The management is worst there. They firmly believe in micro management. Got to learn something new about airlines, work wise and canteen tables were cleaned often.

Poor management, rude managers, partial, bias, unequal, poor hygiene, forceful, no freewill, poor canteen food, disrespectful trainers, managers themselves don't respect their fellow managers, senior general manager, employees or the company itself.

You will be begging for your promotions and mostly will be given promotions after 5 years. Don't expect any Annual appraisal they will give 1-2%. Plus 20% of your salary is variable pay. And they mostly freeze variable pay. They will never ever spend a single penny on your trainings.

Salary increment percentage is low, late promotion, high employee turnover, late replacement or refill or backfilling of employee which creates work load on existing employees, struggle to approve long leaves.
