Company staff and management is not good I was in emergency live while my wife was admitted in hospital and the Company removed form the job very hardtime with WNS vikhroli branch with BG process manager name is kamlesh Marwani and yogendra badal. This two people did not consider my request a d removed from the job. Heartless people.
No good staff in Bg process nitbgood management.

Nothing good—high pressure, strict targets, limited growth, and poor work-life balance.
From my experience at WNS, the biggest issues were frequent layoffs, lack of job security, and rude management. It made the work environment stressful and uncertain.

Got to learn something new about airlines, work wise and canteen tables were cleaned often.
Poor management, rude managers, partial, bias, unequal, poor hygiene, forceful, no freewill, poor canteen food, disrespectful trainers, managers themselves don't respect their fellow managers, senior general manager, employees or the company itself.

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.
Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company
