Now comes the worst part, 1. They have not given me laptops. They had only fixed quota for laptops for my transition project. I have also raised this issue with Senior General Manager (Vice President) who is leading the entire project, but in vain. 3 months has passed now, but I haven't given laptop despite being Team lead here. 2.Work culture is worst as if u don't know the local language here, u will be sidelined and suffer a lot. Team members only talking in Tamil, so people who don't Know Tamil should think twice before relocating to Chennai. 3. They are very unclear about Work from home option. They want u to come to office 5 days a week. 4. Here all people in Chennai Wns have a very bad habit of asking money from u and if you give them, they will not return it. 5. Variable pay out is monthly here, you won't get variable pay for the first month. Variable pay ranges a lot, u will only get minimum amount of which offered in Offer letter. Genpact is far better company than WNS. Only come to Wns if they give you good hike....Read More
