It is good experience so far now but only consent of my is salary hike is not so good as campare to other BPOs which hampering my financial balance.

The job is quite good all staffs team managment is supportive. Its very simple data processing work which I cannot able to learn different things from which I can upgrade my skills.

Only one thing they hire on contract basis then contract over time they don't arrange other for working inside in any other process .that time manager are manage only few employee set in our choices it's very sad .
