They give performance bonus and say if you leave the company, it will be taken back from you, then what's the use of employee working very well whole year and company asking bonus back. Terrible work environment. Team mates do not support at all. Worst company policies. Forget about salary hikes or bonus they do not even pay salary as per mentioned in offer letter.
Dislikes
No work life balance you have to extend for 2 to 3 hours daily after 9 hours of duty timings. The most terrible thing I have experienced is they do not pay salaries to new joinees as per decided during the interview and as mentioned in the offer letter.
