I don't like that they are offering very little salary in exchange of lots of work and they don't offer work from home or even hybrid in many processes

Our process management is very good, but companies policy shows partiality.

I am not ok with less employee benifit Food is Just like tapry but prices like five star hotel Transportation has 35km grid with 10 km small small grids.. Job security is good l, but about life security i don't know 😂

It's like a semi-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.

Less salary, very less appraisal.

Toxic work culture, no supportive management, even if you escalate they will start playing politics with you, and one day they may remove you from process

They fake everything, never hires the person who is deserving, they fake their hiring process. After clearing all rounds they say we didn't liked your response as they were old company based, they need super computers for the job

Good organization but few 20 years tenure Manager's think its their own company.. they just need some puppets who should obey them blindly... no scope for innovation and new idea.....

No Job security, If you come up with new ideas or want to make some positive changes, those 20 years tenure so called Managers and Directors will put you in bench.... few Managers just want to take retirement from WNS . They don't work neather they allow young people to grow, because of their insecurity....

Worst OJT am and mentors in lytx process, work load, can't even have a good sleep schedule, even they change the shift timings with assigning more works. This doesn't deserve any good employees.
