This company is highly unreliable. Employees haven’t received their salaries for the past two months, and there’s no clear communication or commitment regarding when payments will be made. There’s a complete lack of transparency, and no one knows when the next salary will be credited. The founders and directors have been absent fromthe office for several days, seemingly avoiding employees due to the ongoing salary issues. The company has no clear mission or vision and appears to be on the brink of shutting down. You will receive free (No salary) lessons on politics from them. You will learn how to handle humiliations. You will able to cope with tension and anxiety. This is not a sister company of Isometric. They will fool you in the name of Isometric just like me

Dislikes

You will get a good experience of how to survive without salary/ money for 2-3 months. Your seniors (non deserving ) will learn how to work with the help of you and one day they will terminate you. Clients are more humble than the organisation. Clients will appreciate your work rather than your own organisation. No work life balance.
