Nothing positive! Worst work culture. Every month salary is delayed. No opportunity to grow only politics and office gossip are there. Don't provide last working months salary, don't provide releasing documents. No support in medical emergency. Humiliation and insults are the key activities work management/ directors do. They take the name of Isometrix as the parent company of witan to attract client / candidates . It's totally fake.

Dislikes

They cut salary unnecessarily every month. Worst leave and attendance policy. There are 4-5 people including directors who control the whole company with their whish, thoughts and senses. No logic and proofs are accepted there. They terminate people without any prior information, salary, notice period and the most important without any valid reason. They don't bothered to check the fact for what they're terminating someone. No one gets their last month salary and documents. Don't provide pay slips.

...ere’s no clear communication or commitment regarding when payments will be made. There’s a complete lack of transparency, and no one knows when the next salary will be credited. The founders and directors have been absent from the office for several days, seemingly avoiding employees due to the ongoing salary issues. The company has no clear mission or vision and appears to be on the brink of shutting down. Joining this organization could seriously damage your career, given their inability to manage finances and support their staff. No skill development, No work life balance, No job security, No work satisfaction and finally NO SALARY. NOTHING EVERYTHING IS ZERO - 0

Worst culture &! 3rd class, Experienced worst days from day 1 . Positive reviews in Google and here are fake. Don't expect any change from company. Fake website with fake products & services not even single service has presented real. Unfortunate if any Next any positive reviews those will be fake . All negative reviews are 100% original . Company has followed complete unethical management practices in many cases.

You will receive free (No salary) lessons on politics from them. You will learn how to handle humiliations. You will able to cope with tension and anxiety. This is not a sister company of Isometric. They will fool you in the name of Isometric just like me

Dislikes

You will get a good experience of how to survive without salary/ money for 2-3 months. Your seniors (non deserving ) will learn how to work with the help of you and one day they will terminate you. Clients are more humble than the organisation. Clients will appreciate your work rather than your own organisation. No work life balance.

Nothing, unrealistic goals, less deserving seniors, managers are worst, AGM doesn't know anything about work process and all she only know how to creat problem, how to target people and terminate them without any reason. If she dont I a person then that person will be out of the office is next 2 days.

Everything, don't provide salary slips, no salary from December 2024. If you ask someone about salary date then you will get good scolding. Late mark policies, sandwich leaves, management.
