As an HR Recruiter in our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be on non-IT recruitment, sourcing, and selecting candidates who align with our company culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals to source qualified candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Maintain Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of candidate information, feedback, and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and gather feedback on candidates.
Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of the companys employer brand through positive candidate experiences and effective communication.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiation and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the organization.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 1-2 years in non-IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
