The HR Manager will manage the entire HR department of Witan. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, and strategic thinking abilities. The HR Manager will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and
Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring
Manage and monitor employee
Manage employee relations and resolve any issues or
Develop and conduct training and development programs.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory
Qualifications:
Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent degree
Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in HR management
Excellent communication and interpersonal
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
