Job Summary:
The BUSINESS HEAD will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Action Plan finalized by WITAN EXCEL for the clients multi-functional operations. He/She will act as a bridge between the client and WITAN EXCELs core team, ensuring effective communication, and timely resolution of issues. The BUSINESS HEAD will be responsible for the execution of the plan and the timely delivery of targets, with the support of WITAN EXCELs advisory board and function specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
The core responsibility of Business head will be to increase Sales/Revenue of the client organization.
Drive the implementation of the action plan created between WITAN EXCEL and the client towards successful execution.
Act as the main revenue driver for the client organization, by leveraging your expertise in the MSME sector, product-sales and market development.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the existing client base and expand the client portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
Regularly assess and review the business operations, identify areas of improvement and work with the WITAN EXCEL management team to create solutions that will improve the overall performance of the business.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as the companys policies and procedures.
Manage and lead the team effectively to ensure all operational goals are met and exceeded.
Leading and motivating team on-ground and ensure maximum productivity
Acting as a bridge between the client and WITAN EXCELs core team, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and their team.
Requirements:
Age Group: 28-35 years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Management/Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a Industrial Sales, Product Sales, Market Expansion role, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
Skills:
Should be a strong Sales oriented leader. Driving Revenue will be a very important requirement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, HR, Finance etc.
