We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at WITAN EXCEL PVT LTD , a Business Solutions and Advisory firm.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively and present our service portfolio to potential clients. They should be comfortable with field work and can engage with clients and maintain positive relationships with them. The candidate will report to the Business Development Head and work in coordination with other teams.

Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client
Actively Conducting Market Research
Using networks and online research identify and qualify new sales leads.
Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
Developing Sales Strategies
Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company s items to current and new customers
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
Requirements:
Age group: 25-35
Qualification: bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in Mid- corporate and MSME segment
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good organizational and time management
