Job Title: Business Development Head - International Markets

Location: Delhi

Overview: Vardhman Airport Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of Airfield Ground Lighting and AVDGS (Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems) solutions. We are expanding our international presence and diversifying into other airport solutions. Were seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to drive partnerships with OEMs in India and spearhead international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

International Market Expansion:
Lead the expansion of our business into international markets for existing airfield ground lighting and AvDGS products.
Identify and pursue opportunities for diversification into other airport solutions.
OEM Partnership Development:
Cultivate relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India for strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with OEMs to develop and market integrated airport solutions.

International Sales:
Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to drive international sales of our products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies accordingly.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with OEM partners and international clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development and international sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
Proven track record of successfully establishing partnerships with OEMs and driving international sales growth.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
