Key Responsibilities: -
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with real estate developers, representing our company and its services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for mandates and stay updated on industry trends.
- Act as the face of our company during meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring a professional and positive image is conveyed.
- Lead negotiations with developers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
Qualifications: -
- 2+ years of experience in business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the mandate segment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
