Nothing . If you value your career, financial stability, and mental peace, avoid this company at all costs!

1.Employees have not been paid for the last three months, and there is no communication or commitment from management regarding when salaries will be processed. 2.They hire candidates with false promises and terminate them within one month of probation for no valid reason. 3.New hires are misled about a so-called ‘sister company’ named Isometric, but the reality is far from what is promised. 4.Instead of addressing concerns, the management deliberately frustrates employees, leading to an extremely negative work environment....Read More

Nothing, unrealistic goals, less deserving seniors, managers are worst, AGM doesn't know anything about work process and all she only know how to creat problem, how to target people and terminate them without any reason. If she dont I a person then that person will be out of the office is next 2 days.

Dislikes

Everything, don't provide salary slips, no salary from December 2024. If you ask someone about salary date then you will get good scolding. Late mark policies, sandwich leaves, management.
