I work with very smart and technical people. There is recognition when you do something well. Training is actively encouraged and many opportunities are provided. There is a full time in-house trainer. Udemy trainings are provided for free. Cloud certification is firm sponsored.

At times one has to work hard to meet the project deadlines. But when you are working with a good team and learning, it is worth it.
