Work culture of Wissen is very bad. Managers are very egoistic and always ask your status on weekends also. No boundaries. If you are on bench then they will torture you under the name of EBC (Interview Preparation). *Most important point is that they are not signing any contract with the Morgan Stanley before sending their employees to work for them, just to maintain their business relations which is very bad for employee....Read More

1. Layoff happened senior people get fired without any mail. 2. No Structure in the organization feels like a startup. 3. its is consulting company so they will put you in some client and try to make money from you as much as possible 4. when you are out of client you will feel insecure. 5. no facility in office no cab nothing just cubicles with one coffee machine Pleasee don't join this company
