No vision on company growth. Focused on increasing head count. Do not want to create values and culture, just focused on the profit. You need to take lots of interview without any pay.

Wissen Technology has many big clients and there's lot of opportunity to work and learn various tech stacks. Work life balance is there but that depends on clients as well.

Management and appraisals are not good, also they don't have a proper hiring platform and the whole interview process and tedious and long

They have a very good work culture where everybody has to code, and someone will be ready to help you when you need it. Compensation and benifits are very good. They pay variable pay and bonuses up front, very rarely I have seen it in any of the company.

The managers at Wissen are very supportive and friendly. Its's easy to meet with higher management and gain valuable knowledge. Working at Wissen has been highly beneficial for my career.

Initial pay structure is good but don’t expect any hike.

No clarity on increments , if client rating is good then it won’t be considered during appraisal and they will pick their own set of criteria for not giving hike and if it’s bad then anyways you are not getting hike. The biggest downside is that They give leaves but will ask you not to take it and if you take leaves then that will hamper your performance. Interview count is considered during appraisal and it is expected you invest extra hours/ weekends for interviews and you don’t get paid for those hours. Expected to complete POC’s outside your working hours which they will use to get more business, but yes as usual you won’t be paid anything and also your increment will be affected....Read More

HR here is least interested and will not respond if they dont feel like. They gave me offer but later at the end of month they said we cant hire you becasue your formalities not done. No salary was given. I asked them which formalities? and they went all numb.
