Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic Product Control team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing financial products across multiple asset classes such as FX/FXO, Rates, Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities, and Treasury.
Experience: 3 - 14 Years
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Daily P&L production , reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Drive process enhancements and upstream system transformations for key systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies , SLA, and KPIs while maintaining robust controls.
- Support change projects , including User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades.
- Engage with Global and Regional Regulators and auditors on critical queries.
- Manage valuation and reserving processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Spearhead governance for the introduction of new products and business expansions.
- Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Substantiation to maintain integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
