Poor company it's just used it's employs for it's target. No-one is happy in this company.

Dislikes

Arun and Rajkumar are two people who will never let anyone to grow in this company. BRE Clearance and Advance is a big issue in this company, If you tell anyone that you will resign then your salary and BRE will be holded. Puneet and Arun are very egoistic. They don't have any knowledge.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Freshers given a chance. Give focus on training to candidates. Give opportunity based on merit. Flexible with leave & working hours. Diversify knowledge to different engineering verticals. Offer Pan-India working exposure. Open for new ideas. A good stepping stone for beginners.

Dislikes

Does not communicate many policy related things like leave, insurance etc. Does not have a separate HR, Admin, Internal manager so many initiatives, work remain on hold. Problem with prioritizing projects, work etc.
