No Appreciation inthe job by your manager. they always try to find faults, and one of the team member will be made as Bakar if there are any issues in the project. All the cases will be on you. eg. if he light is not working in the office also.

It’s a brand. Support functions are good, accounts, admin and HR

Dislikes

No transparency in delivery system. Appraisal system is worst in industry. Although the company has “Respect everyone” amongst the foremost ethics but most mangers assume themselves as gods. Whatever company earns, employees get the minimum increments, most goes to higher management's pockets.

Wipro is a good company for mid level resources, all depends on the project allocated and whether you are billable or non billable.

Management and Appraisal . The politics of Managers. Wipro have good policies , but unskilled Managers are running it. There is no salary hike since last 3 years.

HR's are not employee friendly. They talk about "system" but are burden by the huge number of employees they have to handle. All of the non-technical staff be it HR, IT-Support and others are non cooperative in many ways. Manager make tall promises, don't trust what managers say or claim to be of help. dislike bench policy, employees feel helpless. variable pay must be abolished. Company gets 2~5x from clients project and when employee is out of project he is not given this amount and his job hangs in a balance for just 45 days to look for another project. HR and Managers threaten on Policies and employees take the bite cause they are fresh from college and are nervous about their jobs so they fall in line. Bad company practice on no hike for 1st year.
