Learning is never ending. Opportunities to learn is massive Some managers are understanding in nature, but this is very situation specific They try their best to not layoff

Zero Ethics like most other service companies Never stay back just because they are giving bonus and making some promise. That’s all fake and mostly attached with strings which are never disclosed during negotiations!

Good work culture, excellent talent pool, good exposure to different technology, and a lot of learning scope. I worked for more than a decade because of these qualities in Wipro.

Dislikes

I don't think there is anything about Wipro that you would dislike. Wipro is a great place for freshers to not only learn and grow but also establish a secure career in the IT industry.

Lack of progressions, lack of salary revisions, poor pre-sales team, poor delivery management, resulting in unnecessary escalations. Lot of work politics and lobby pressures. Complex unwanted time-killing processes waste time.
