Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.

Dislikes

Worst management, specially senior people manager. They dont know where to allocate an Architect. Then there is this lady Tech lead who is worst of all, treating all junior like hell. I personally complained about her to Senior manager and nothing happened.
