Management is terrible. Who started salary with less package those will never get salary for Market standard. Only people are working in Bangalore they are getting good salary package. There is biasedness in the Management level. I asked for career band hike so, Ravi Kumar Vade Lakshmanrao throw me out from the team by sending me toother team. When other team was member Sneha Prakash Revankar not taking me in to her team. It should be the policy I will back to my original team. But Ravi has backfill my position and his boss told it is a cost optimization for that guy who has almost 5 years experience getting in hand 25000 salary with 395390 package.
