There is good culture and good history to start a career in wipro. But need to leave as much as possible is good for career growth

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is no dislike for wipro. As its a good company to start a career. After that you will see only politics. If a manager is your buddy, then there will be growth otherwise there will stuck your career.

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
