I'm working in client location so I can't share but my client location has worrest work culture and all the things

When i join before Wipro,I have dream to work on your company but after joining .my thoughts was changed due to because of there is no wok and professional Life balance,Work load is increasing day by day,, there is not proper shift schedule for months and at least we are not getting chance to take my sick leaves also during health issues as per experience and there is no night shift claims also not getting for last 2 month's. Its work culture and opportunities which gives you job security with peace of mind, colleagues were awesome i use to had lot of fun while work or in my my free time, there was a time when wipro use to give good appraisal but simce two years that comes to a very low. Otherwise its good company.

Dislikes

Transport system, cafeteria, appraisal system if u get avg or below rating that will effect next year's performance too,
