Nothing!There ks nothing much like to about this company. Even after leaving Wipro they are harassing me with not releasing my relieving letter for last 20 days. They are not even providing me my settlement amount.

Dislikes

One of the worst companies to start your career with mostly suppory projects with copy paste job given to freshers and very old technology being used. Managers are the people with 15-16 years staying in the same company with no managerial quality and became manager just for promotion's sake

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
