Enjoy the offer letter and on time salary only positive.

Dislikes

Completely horror show in GDO account. No transparency in management. Few lazy individuals how are being in account like more than 10+ yrs they are leading the account like their own business. HR 👎🏻 HR never care about the employee concern where found managers are arrogant in work culture. More over HR is most active on raising PIP and PAP rather than findings and understanding.

They do not give proper guidelines before starting any work. Zero work and employee satisfaction. The higher management is worst.

Dislikes

Poor management. Lack of planning. They Do not feed input but expect outputs...terrible hikes. Transport management is very poor
