I have been in Kolkata Wipro for 10 years And I like the work culture, going office talking to everyone, makes the job little less stressful

Dislikes

Work life balance, and recently after 2021 they have started cutting off the qplc Till now I used to get 100% and sometimes even more Qplc is part of our salary cutting that to 80% I truly dislike
