Salary is a burden for the long term employee, but company having good policy for the students, even management wont give you bonus. Even they will wish to hire from outside without knowledge about the project, rather than giving you the good hike.

Here i think I should need to attach my screenshot which shows the proof of their ignorance towards a newly joined trainee.they don't pick up the calls don't reply to any query of the new trainees and do big talks during training session.i don't know if they only don't cooperate well with their employees how do they expect excellentperformance from other side.i came here with a brand trust and now suffering due to terrible behaviour of the management and trainers here....Read More
